Affiliation Procedure

1. Intent of interest for affiliation with QAB to be initiated by institution 
2. Any training institute with a legal status (registered with the respective authorized body or registration in process) may apply for affiliation
3. Zero visit will be planned by QAB on receipt of institution request 
4. Evaluation of the institution – Guidelines are
   • An institution applying for affiliation with NBTPE shall download application form available on NUTECH website attached as (Anx-A)
   • Brief profile of the institution be shared with QAB. (Anx B)
   • Institution will fill application form and send it to NBTPE along with paid affiliation fee receipt and required documents for processing
   • NBTPE will detail an inspection committee/team to conduct Zero visit of the institute to evaluate the information provided by the applicant institute
   • Presence of liaison officer, Principal along with concerned staff, admin staff
   • Principal will  brief on all the activities of the institute
   • Prepare a folder containing copy of all documents as per requirements of affiliation application
   • Provision of photo coverage of all the activities of the affiliation team
   • Inspection committee / team will share the observations with the institute to address in a  3-4 weeks’ time period
   • If major observations were noted in zero visit the institute will pay re-inspection fee and visit will be repeated within the period of three months
   • Recommendations of the Inspection team cannot be challenged at any forum
5. Report to be shared with institution after completion of visit
